Colourplus A/S is looking for a skilled Floor Layer to join Colourplus Nakskov's team in Nakskov on Lolland, Denmark.
Colourplus Nakskov specialises in professional flooring solutions for public buildings, institutions, healthcare facilities, commercial properties, and renovation projects.
Colourplus Nakskov is primarily looking for a qualified Floor Layer. Candidates with a carpentry background will also be considered if they have substantial flooring experience.
Applicants will need to already have the legal right to work in Denmark (for example, EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship, or a valid Danish work and residence permit). Colourplus Nakskov is not able to offer visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.
Your RoleThe successful candidate will work with a variety of flooring projects, including:
- Installation of linoleum flooring.
- Hot welding of floor joints.
- Floor preparation and finishing work.
- Renovation and new construction projects.
- Working independently and together with colleagues on site.
- Delivering high-quality workmanship for professional customers.
The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and characteristics:
- Applicants must be a qualified Floor Layer, or a Carpenter with substantial flooring experience, particularly within linoleum flooring.
- Experience with hot welding of floor joints is a significant advantage.
- Applicants take pride in delivering quality work.
- Applicants can work independently and take responsibility for their tasks.
- Applicants must have a valid Category B driving licence.
- Applicants can communicate in English.
- Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Colourplus Nakskov offers competitive terms and benefits to its employees:
- Hourly wage from DKK 190 gross before tax, depending on qualifications and experience.
- Pension: 11 percent.
- Holiday pay: 12.5 percent, corresponding to 5 weeks of paid holiday per year.
- Additional benefits based on collective agreement: +15.7%.
- A company vehicle is provided during working hours.
- Assistance with finding accommodation.
The start date is as soon as possible, but Colourplus Nakskov is flexible for the right candidate.
This is a full-time position with working hours Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
